We offer semi private studio art classes as well as private art lessons in drawing and oil painting for both adults and young people.

Classes are ongoing throughout the year unless noted otherwise. You may join at anytime. Beginners are welcome!

Studio Oil Painting & Drawing: Portrait, Figure, Still Life & Landscape

•$110 per calendar month for either evening

•$220 per calendar month for both evenings

•$35 for drop in

•For students working from the model, there is a shared model fee.

Portfolio Preparation for High School Students - Private Lessons

Tailored to your specific objectives, our Private Lessons provide individualized instruction to assist you in getting ready for applications to prestigious art schools. Previous art experience is not required. Whether you are just beginning or have some background, Private Lessons guide you in creating a stand out art portfolio. You are welcome to start at any time to receive the highest level of personalized support and achieve effective results. Sessions can be scheduled on a weekly, biweekly, or more frequent basis, depending on your availability and our availability. Each session requires a minimum of two hours. Plein Air Landscape Painting on location

•$40 per class

•$75 for a private one on one lesson

•Students must have their own field easel

Drawing for Beginners

Do you think you’re only capable of drawing stick figures? Think again!

Learn fundamental techniques in our beginner semi private drawing classes. You’ll learn pencil and charcoal shading, how to create composition, line, realism, abstraction, and cross hatching. Practice new and exciting artistic techniques while you learn how to draw still life, faces, landscapes, animals, and more.

Relax, let go of daily stresses, and feel inspired through nurturing, instructed beginner drawing classes. In our non-judgemental and encouraging approach to beginner drawing, you will receive expert art instruction that will introduce you to the techniques of self-expression through drawing. Feel the joy and freedom of unleashing your creativity in our beginner drawing classes!

We keep the size of our beginner drawing classes small so you can get the maximum amount of attention as you embark on your drawing journey.
